Sands China proposes final dividend

Sands China Ltd. has recommended the payment of a final dividend of HK$0.66 (US$0.09) per share for the year ended December 31, 2012. The payment of the final dividend is subject to the approval of the company’s shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting scheduled for May 31, Sands China said today in a statement. If approved by the shareholders, the dividend is expected to be paid on or about June 21. “The Company is very pleased to propose the payment of a dividend to its shareholders,” said Edward Tracy, Sands China’s president and chief executive officer.
