Tourist satisfaction index grows slightly in Q4

Macau’s tourist satisfaction index rose to 70.4 points out of 100 in the fourth quarter of last year, one point more than in the third quarter.

The Institute of Tourism Studies Tourism Research Centre’s latest index was based on the findings of a survey of 1,213 tourists.

There were increases in the approval rating for events, which rose by 5 percent to 77.9 points, and in satisfaction with guides and tour operators, which increased by 6.22 percent to 65.7 points.
