Strong first week for casino revenue in September

Brokerage Sterne Agee says table-only gross gaming revenue had reached about MOP7.6 billion (US$952 million) by Sunday.

Monthly revenue is on course to match its growth forecast of 16 percent year-on-year, it says.

Including slot machine revenue, it estimates this month’s gross gaming revenue could reach MOP29.7 billion.
