Official expects 40 pct increase in GP visitors

Macau Government Tourist Office chief Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes has said she expects the number of visitors to Macau during the Macau Grand Prix to be 30 percent to 40 percent higher this year than last year.

This year’s Macau Grand Prix will be held on Saturday and Sunday and on November 14 to 17.

The city had about 300,000 visitors during last year’s grand prix.
