MSS & hello jobs release “2024 MSS & Hello Jobs Macau Salary Increment and Annual Bonus Survey Report”
MSS Recruitment 及 哈囉好工網於2023年11月就「2024 MSS & Hello Jobs澳門薪酬加幅及年度花紅意向」調查了超過80間企業。結果顯示受訪企業計劃來年打工仔平均薪酬加幅為+2.98%,較2023年的+2.19%上升0.79%,而受訪企業計劃2023年平均年度花紅為1.18個月,較2022年度的0.77個月增加了0.41個月。
In November 2024, over 80 organisations participated in the “2024 MSS & Hello Jobs Macau Salary Increment and Annual Bonus Survey”. The results show the average planned salary increment of surveyed organisations is +2.98%. This planned increment is 0.79% higher vs. 2023 (+2.19%). The average planned bonus of surveyed organisations for FY2023 is 1.18 months, it increased 0.41 months vs FY2022 (0.77 months).
整體薪酬調整方面, 10.67%的受訪企業表示冇計劃調整薪酬,較2023年的25.68%有所改善,反映2024年的商業環境較2023年更樂觀。
Referring to overall salary adjustment, the result show that 10.67% of surveyed organisations indicate no plan to increase salary, this is an improvement over 2023, where over 25.68% of organisations did not increase salary. This reflected a more positive business climate in 2024 vs 2023.
年底花紅派發方面, 12%的受訪企業表示冇計劃就2023年的業績派發年底花紅,與2022年的22.97%有所改善。
Referring to overall annual bonus payout, the result show that 12% of surveyed organisations indicate no plan to give bonus for 2023 performance. this is an improvement over 2022, where 22.97% indicate no bonus payout.

“The results from the 2024 MSS & Hello Jobs Macau Salary Increment and Annual Bonus Survey highlighted that many organisations approached 2024 with cautious optimism, the increase in the 2024 Average Planned Salary Increment (2.98%) vs 2023 (2.19%) and 2023 Bonus Payout (1.18 months) vs 2022 (0.77 months) are positive indication of renewed cautious optimism in the market.
