MGTO organizes new workshop on retail service quality

The Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO) is organizing two sessions on “Achieving Total Customer Satisfaction,” a retail service trainer workshop being held on March 12-13 [today] and April 16-17 respectively. The topics of each two-day workshop include “The Role of the Manager/Supervisor as a Trainer/Coach,” “Requirements for Professionalism” and “Total Customer Satisfaction Concept,” According to a press release,  MGTO hopes that after providing professional training to retail shop managers and supervisors, they can master practical customer service skills and transfer them to their frontline staff, thus eventually enhancing the total service quality of the retail industry.
