Macau building costs ranked second-highest in Asia

Arcadis, a design and consulting firm, reckons Macau is the second-most expensive city in Asia to build in, and the fifth-most expensive in the world.

The Arcadis International Construction Costs Index indicates that Hong Kong is the most expensive city in Asia to build in and the third-most expensive in the world.

New York and London are the most expensive in the world, according to the index.
