M Residences pre-sales amount to HK$198 mln so far

Property developer Lippo Ltd has said pre-sales of space in its M Residences development on the peninsula have so far raked in HK$198 million (about US$24.7 million).

Lippo told the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that its results for its financial first half ending September 30 would reflect these sales.

The company said work on preparing the site of M Residences was finished and that the Macau government had issued an occupation permit for the 13-storey building, which will contain 311 flats.
