Junket operator’s film, music arm moving to Macau

The cultural and entertainment subsidiary of Macau VIP gaming promoter Suncity Group Ltd will move its head office to Macau from Hong Kong, Secretary of Social Affairs and Culture Alexis Tam Chon Weng has said.

“Sun Entertainment Culture Ltd is already committed to changing its base to Macau,” Mr Tam told the Legislative Assembly.

“We want to promote economic diversification through active development of the film industry and cultural industries associated with it.”
Sun Entertainment Culture is active in the cinema and music industries in Hong Kong.
