June motorcycle sales rise 57 pct to 907

The number of motorcycles newly registered in Macau was 907 last month , 57 percent more than a year earlier and 32 percent more than the month before, the Statistics and Census Service says.

These registrations accounted for over half of new motor vehicle registrations last month.

Altogether, 1,772 motor vehicles were newly registered, 32.3 percent more than a year earlier.

The Statistics and Census Service says 1,291 traffic accidents occurred last month, 2.1 percent more than a year earlier.
