Ms. Loh Seow Yuen (Managing Director of MSS Recruitment and hello-jobs.com), was honored to be invited as one of the panel speakers at the Macau Ricci Institute’s Symposium on 21st Nov, 2025. The event, themed “Sharing Confucian and Christian Values in a Broken World: Challenges and Risks of Missionaries in Macau and Hong Kong,” brought together academics and industry leaders to explore ethical leadership, social responsibility, and sustainable business values in modern markets.

Ms. Loh Seow Yuen (Managing Director of MSS Recruitment and hello-jobs.com) shared (1) her experiences working across several markets with public listed corporations and now as business owner of MSS, reflecting on how integrity and ethical values form the foundation of sustainable business success, (2) how satisfied and happy employees are the best testimonies during recruitment of new staffs (3) an emotional exchange with a young employee who was inspired by what MSS does for the under privilege. She found comfort and direction during personal loss, to focus on loving and caring for others which helped her get through her personal sufferings.
Ms. SY Loh also shared the greatest challenges are not the conflict between short term profits and good values but how it can be challenging for entrepreneurs and organizations to translate values of integrity and honesty into the corporate framework so that these values are visible and alive, not just lip service.
Ms. SY Loh further explained how MSS integrates its social responsibility commitments through consistent philanthropic efforts and a corporate culture rooted in empathy and transparency. In 2025, MSS officially established the Love Without Borders International Charity Association to foster long-term and impactful philanthropic activities in how we can collectively contribute to the less privilege where the senior management walk the talk personally and demonstrate these actions visibly.
