The organisers of the Global Gaming Expo Asia have said this year’s exhibition will give greater emphasis than before to aspects of the gaming industry other than gaming itself.

For example, the show will have a nightlife pavilion.

Reed Exhibitions senior vice-president Josephine Lee said: “Entertainment has become an increasingly significant feature in the gaming industry. This is the first year G2E Asia is bringing suppliers and high-profile brands from the international clubbing scene to the gaming industry.”

Reed Exhibitions and the American Gaming Association are the organisers of the show.

G2E Asia will take place at the Venetian Macao from May 19 to 21.
