Chief gaming regulator reportedly stepping down

Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau director Manuel Joaquim das Neves will leave his post at the end of November, Business Daily reports.

The newspaper, without citing any source, says Mr Neves wishes to have more time to devote to his family and leisure.

The vice-director of the bureau, Leong Man Ion, will assume Mr Neves’s duties until a replacement is appointed, the report says.
