As a continuation of our AI training series, we are pleased to present “AI Fundamentals Copilot” from FMCC, a highly practical executive training designed to help professionals master Microsoft Copilot for a secure and productive workplace.
In just three hours, participants will learn how to move beyond generic chatbot usage and learn how to use Microsoft Copilot as a productivity partner. Apply text, reasoning, and application-specific capabilities across daily work in Microsoft 365.

Mr. Stéphane Monsallier
Founder and CEO of System in Motion, specialises in AI for Strategy and Technology Consulting. An expert in the field, he began coding at the age of 10 and established his Shanghai-based firm after graduating from CentraleSupélec. As a prominent figure in Shanghai’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, he actively mentors at Orbit Ventures, advises startups, and has launched the EO Accelerator program, in addition to co-founding La French Tech Shanghai. Currently focused on Generative AI, Stéphane is recognized for his insightful keynotes and mentorship, making him a sought-after speaker in the industry.
Ms. Fiona Yeung
Specialises in AI-driven marketing and digital transformation. She completed the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and holds certifications as a Google Generative AI Leader, Google AI-Powered Performance Ads specialist and Google Prompting Essentials practitioner. With more than 15 years of experience advising SMEs and multinational companies across Asia-Pacific, she supports organisations in leveraging AI, marketing, localisation and technology to drive sustainable business growth.

Launch and Use Copilot Securely:
• Understand what Copilot is, where to access it, and how to confirm you are logged in with your company account.
• Recognize enterprise data protection indicators and avoid unsafe AI usage patterns.
Prompt with Precision Using the RCFC Framework:
• Structure prompts with Role, Context, Format, and Command to improve reliability and reduce rework.
• Practice translation, communication, analysis, and business writing prompts using guided exercises.
Choose the Right AI for the Right Task:
• Compare quick text models, deeper reasoning models, and AI agents for execution, strategy, and multi-step work.
• Learn when “Quick Answer” is enough and when “Think Deeper” creates stronger results.
Apply Copilot Across Microsoft 365:
• Use Copilot for Excel simulations and updates, Outlook difficult-email responses, PowerPoint outlines and decks, and Word document drafting and formatting.
• Translate daily tasks into complete prompts that accelerate real work.
