「全球女性創業周末（Global Startup Weekend Women）」澳門站於3月8日圓滿舉行，由全球頂尖創業加速器 Techstars、澳門創業協會、369合夥小鎮 與 Global Women Collective 聯合主辦，並美高梅提供場地贊助。活動以「共建包容的創新未來」為主題，吸引一眾創業者聚首，經過54小時密集創業實戰，於路演現場展示創新成果。

MSS Recruitment及哈囉好工網執行董事屠佶佶以導師身份親臨現場，參與創業實戰交流，為參與者提供策略建議及行業洞察。屠佶佶表示：「創業精神與人才培育是推動澳門經濟多元化的重要力量。能與一班充滿熱誠與創意的女性創業者交流，非常鼓舞。我們樂見越來越多人，尤其是女性創業者，勇於實現想法，讓創新成為澳門的新驅動力。」

本次創業周末共有五十多名參與者於短時間內完成從創意發想到完整商業方案的挑戰，優勝團隊除可與Techstars全球網絡對接，更有機會獲得高達一百萬澳門元的創業基金投資機會。

Empowering Women Entrepreneurs — MSS&hello jobs Support “Global Startup Weekend Women – Macau” as Mentor and Sponsor

MSS Recruitment & hello-jobs.com as both mentor and sponsor partner of “Global Startup Weekend Women – Macau”, were honored to support local entrepreneurs in turning their ideas into actionable business concepts within just three days — injecting new momentum into the growth of Macau’s startup ecosystem.

“Global Startup Weekend Women – Macau” successfully concluded on March 8, jointly organized by Techstars, Macao Startup Club, 369 Cooperation Town, and Global Women Collective, with MGM as the venue sponsor. Themed “Building an Inclusive and Innovative Future,” the event brought together a vibrant community of entrepreneurs who, over an intensive 54-hour startup workshop, transformed their creative ideas into tangible business models and presented their results during the final pitch session.

Ms. Jiji Tu, Executive Director of MSS Recruitment and hello-jobs.com, joined the event as a mentor, engaging directly with participants, sharing strategic advice, and offering industry insights. Ms. Jiji Tu said: “Entrepreneurial spirit and talent development are vital forces driving Macau’s economic diversification. It was truly inspiring to exchange ideas with such passionate and creative female entrepreneurs. We are delighted to see more individuals—especially women—taking bold steps to turn their ideas into reality and make innovation a new driving force for Macau.”

Over 50 participants completed the challenge of building a business model—from ideation to validation—within a short time frame. The winning teams will have an opportunity to connect with Techstars’ global network, and compete for up to MOP 1,000,000 in startup funding and investment opportunities.
