由澳門大學校友會、哈囉好工網及MSS Recruitment 聯合主辦的第十五屆「澳門大專院校畢業生網上招聘會」，3月19日於澳門大學隆重啟動。是次啟動儀式匯聚逾百位來賓，共同見證這一服務澳門青年就業十五載的里程碑時刻。

自2012年創辦以來，「澳門大專院校畢業生網上招聘會」秉持「凝聚多元企業力量，協助澳門青年就業」的核心宗旨，持續推動本地及海外澳門畢業生的職場發展。

哈囉好工網及MSS Recruitment作為澳門大專院校畢業生網上招聘會的主辦方及招聘平台提供商，在過去14年推動該活動發展方面扮演了關鍵角色。迄今為止，活動已累計吸引 1,885 家企業參與，提供超過 15,900 個多元職位，網站總瀏覽量突破 1,657 萬次，職位申請超過 31.7 萬人次，成為澳門最具影響力的應屆畢業生專屬招聘平台。

政府支持 社會肯定
多年以來，活動持續得到澳門特區政府及多所大專院校的大力支持。歷屆題詞嘉賓包括經濟財政司、社會文化司、教育及青年發展局、經濟及科技發展局等政府領導，以及澳區全國人大代表、立法會議員及各大學校長等，充分展現活動在青年政策推動與職涯發展領域的廣泛影響力。

本屆畢業生網上招聘會參與企業橫跨「1+4」多元產業及多個專業領域，涵蓋綜合旅遊休閒、金融、科技、文化會展、工程、零售、教育、餐飲及顧問服務等，包括本地企業、內地機構及世界500強企業。

為推動澳門青年融入國家發展大局，哈囉好工網及MSS Recruitment於2023年在澳門大專院校畢業生網上招聘會中倡議並設立了「琴灣區招聘專區」，今年攜手广州市南沙区粤港澳青少年深度合作发展促进中心及横琴深合人力资源管理有限公司，提供橫琴及大灣區就業機會，助力澳門青年把握區域融合發展機遇。

十五周年展望：凝聚力量 共創未來
2026年活動將於3月至8月期間持續展開，包括：

• 發佈《2026畢業生搵工手冊》，介紹最新及熱門畢業職位；
• 網上展示招聘企業及職位，同步於社交平台及電子報廣泛宣傳；
• 校園宣傳巡迴活動，走進大專院校，與畢業生面對面互動；

The 15th Macau Joint Campus Online Recruitment Fair, jointly organized by the University of Macau Alumni Association, hello-jobs.com and MSS Recruitment, was officially launched on March 19 at the University of Macau. The launch ceremony brought together over a hundred guests to witness this milestone moment in fostering youth employment in Macau for fifteen years.

To further support Macau’s integration into national development, hello-job.com and MSS Recruitment proposed and established the “Hengqin and Greater Bay Area Recruitment Zone” in Macau Joint Campus Online Recruitment Fair in 2023, in collaboration with the Cooperation and Development Center of Hong Kong and Macao Youth in Nansha District, Guangzhou and Hengqin Shenhe Investment Co., Ltd. This initiative creates cross-border employment opportunities in Hengqin and the Greater Bay Area, empowering young people to seize new prospects for career growth and regional integration.

The 2026 program will run from March through August, featuring:

• Publication of the 2026 Graduate Employment Guide showcasing the latest job openings;
• Online job postings and company showcases promoted through social media and newsletters;
• On-campus roadshows and interactive sessions bringing career insights directly to students.
