Trainer Introduction:
Mr. Stéphane Monsallier, Founder and CEO of System in Motion, specializes in AI for Strategy and Technology Consulting. An expert in the field, he began coding at the age of 10 and established his Shanghai-based firm after graduating from CentraleSupelec. As a prominent figure in Shanghai’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, he actively mentors at Orbit Ventures, advises startups, and has launched the EO Accelerator program, in addition to co-founding La French Tech Shanghai. Currently focused on Generative AI, Stéphane is recognized for his insightful keynotes and mentorship, making him a sought-after speaker in the industry.

Session 1 AI Fundamentals(L1&L2) – 3H Training
Agenda
Chapter 1: Fundamental Principles
This chapter covers key principles for safe and effective use of Generative AI (GenAI), addressing misconceptions, emphasizing proper usage, and presenting common use cases. It introduces prompt engineering as a vital skill for maximizing GenAI effectiveness.

Chapter 2: Level 1 Prompt engineering
The RCFC (Role, Context, Format, Command) model is introduced as a tool for effective prompt creation. The chapter highlights the importance of learning from both positive and negative examples, concluding with practical exercises to strengthen understanding.

Chapter 3: Level 2 Chain of thoughts
Focusing on advanced prompt techniques, this chapter explores Chain of Thought (CoT) prompting to enhance LLMs’ analytical skills. It discusses 0/1/n shot prompts for efficient model tuning and includes practical exercises for application.

Chapter 4: Business Application
This chapter explores integrating GenAI into business, emphasizing overall workflow efficiency. It discusses essential considerations for corporate implementation and highlights the strategic mindset needed to manage risks and leverage GPT for enterprise success.

Session 2 AI Mastery (L3&L4) – 3H Training
Agenda
Chapter 1: Level 3 Advanced Prompt Engineering Techniques
This chapter introduces advanced techniques such as Tree-of-Thought, which helps users utilize Generative AI (GenAI) to navigate complex decision-making by supporting multiple thought processes. It also covers Prompt Chaining, enabling the creation of sequential prompts that guide the AI in generating coherent and relevant text.

Chapter 2: Level 4 Innovative Prompt Engineering Strategies
In this chapter, Reverse Prompting is explored, teaching users how to work backward from desired outcomes to formulate effective prompts. Additionally, Medprompt is presented as a method to enhance the performance of generalist models without specialized training, making it easier to utilize AI effectively.

Chapter 3: Corporate Implementation
This chapter focuses on Knowledge Management, illustrating how organizations can leverage GenAI capabilities alongside their internal information in a cost-effective manner, thereby improving efficiency and decision-making processes.

Chapter 4: Business Applications
The final chapter discusses elements necessary for successful corporate implementation through an Advanced Integration Business Case. It introduces the A.W.E.S.OM methodology, which accelerates AI transformation by addressing infrastructure, skill development, use cases, and strategic roadmaps.
