Passengers happier with airport, survey finds

Passenger satisfaction with Macau International Airport has risen for the third consecutive quarter, our sister publication Business Daily reports.

A survey shows the satisfaction rating rose to four points in the second quarter of this year, the highest ever. Five is the maximum.

Macau International Airport Co Ltd (CAM) says this “reflects an improvement in service quality”.

But satisfaction with land transport to the airport fell by five percent and with the parking facilities by six percent.

CAM said this was due to bus and taxi stops being moved for construction of an elevated railway. Most of the new stops have no shelter.
