Visitor growth to be flat in 2013: MGTO

The Macau Government Tourist Office expects the 2013 visitor number to total 28 million, roughly the same as last year, bureau head Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes says.

Mrs Fernandes adds that the number of tourist arrivals in the first quarter grew at low-single digit rates year-on-year, Bloomberg reports.

She also said that the H7N9 flu is not expected to have a severe impact on Macau tourism.
