October cross-border trade increases to US$390 mln

Merchandise trade between Macau and the mainland was worth US$390 million (about MOP3.12 billion) in October, 12.6 per cent more than a year earlier, the Ministry of Commerce says.

The ministry’s data indicate that the value of Macau’s exports to the mainland fell by 9.4 per cent to US$10 million.

The value of Macau’s imports from the mainland rose by 13.4 per cent to US$380 million.
