Pipeline contains 15,120 homes at end-September

The 98 residential buildings under construction or awaiting occupancy permits on September 30 will contain about 15,120 homes, the Bureau of Land, Public Works and Transport says.

The bureau’s data indicate that 67 of these housing blocks together containing 12,127 homes are on the peninsula, four containing 338 homes are on Taipa and seven containing 274 homes are on Coloane.

The 18 hotels under construction on September 30 will contain 12,132 rooms – 10,244 of them in Cotai, 1,064 on Taipa, 588 on the peninsula 236 on Coloane.
