Factory space drops to MOP3,671/sq ft in H1

The average price of industrial property fell to MOP3,671 (about US$459) in the first half of this year, about one-fifth less than a year earlier, Centaline Macau Property Agency Ltd says.

The estate agency says the number of sets of industrial premises sold in the first half fell to 40, over four-fifths fewer than a year earlier.

Centaline Macau predicts that the market will be revived only if the average price drops by another 15 per cent or more.
