Ponte 16 gaming strategy edges downmarket

Success Universe Group Ltd vice-chairman Hoffman Ma Ho Man has said his company means to replace two of the VIP gaming tables in its Ponte 16 casino with over 100 electronic baccarat machines in the next two months.

Mr Ma told reporters in Hong Kong that the casino would still have room for 100 more electronic gaming machines.

At the end of last year Ponte 16 had had 88 gaming tables for the mass market, 11 high-limit tables and 10 VIP tables.
