Housing market heats up slightly in February

The average price of housing in Macau rose to MOP89,352 (about US$11,187) per square metre in February, 4.2 per cent more than the month before, official data indicate.

Financial Services Bureau figures show 313 homes were sold, 7 per cent fewer than the month before. The number of uncompleted homes sold was 44.

The most expensive places to buy a home were NAPE and Aterros da Baía da Praia Grande on the peninsula.
