NAPE HOMES REMAIN THE MOST EXPENSIVE IN JULY

Housing in NAPE was again the most expensive in Macau in July, official figures show.

The Financial Services Bureau says the average price per square metre of residential floor space in NAPE was MOP133,537 (US$16,728), that the average usable area of each home sold there was 122 square metres, and that the higher the floor a flat occupied, the higher the price was.

Homes in Taipa Grande and Pac On were the city’s next most expensive.

On the peninsula, the next most expensive area for housing was the new part of Areia Preta.
