Macau office vacancy rate falls to lowest ever

Estate agency Jones Lang LaSalle says the vacancy rate for offices in Macau was 5 percent at the end of June, the lowest ever.

Jones Lang LaSalle says the city has 11 million square feet of office space in 50 buildings.

On the peninsula, only the ZAPE, NAPE and Nam Van areas have space available, the estate agency says.
