Galaxy Entertainment to give staff shares, bonuses

Casino operator Galaxy Entertainment Group Ltd has announced that it will give employees shares in the company this month, and give them annual bonuses equivalent to pay for a 14th month’s work.

The company said it would also pay 14th month bonuses in July next year and the year after.

It said it would give employees more opportunities for promotion.

A trade union has called for a demonstration today to voice demands for better pay and conditions for Galaxy Entertainment employees, including 14th month bonuses.
