Buyer pays MOP100 mln for two One Penha Hill flats

A buyer has paid MOP100 million (US$12.53 million) for two flats in the One Penha Hill housing development and knocked them into one, our sister publication Business Daily reports.

The buyer is now lives there.

The newspaper says up to one-third of the 63 apartments in One Penha Hill have been sold.

It quotes an unidentified estate agent as saying the average price of space in the development is HK$13,000 (US$1,677) per square foot.

Flats there typically have between 1,000 square feet and 2,000 square feet of floor space.
