Average price of housing surges 46.8 pct in April

The average price of residential floor space increased to MOP131,589 (US$16,449) a square metre in April, official data show.
The average price of housing was 46.8 percent higher than in March.
The Financial Services Bureau says 998 homes were sold in April, 305 more the month before.
