Finding, keeping employees is main corporate worry

What worries companies in Macau most is finding and keeping employees, a risk management survey conducted by Marsh has found.

The survey of company managers found that 71 percent feel employee attraction and retention is the main headache for their companies.

Asked what they would do about the risks their companies faced, one-third of managers said they would increase their risk management budgets, one-third said they would get new insurance and one-third said they would try to get more out of the insurers they had already.
