Authorities approve 41 big investments in 2013

The Macau Trade and Investment Promotion Institute says it received 692 applications to make investments here last year.

The institute says 105 were applications to make big investments, 21 more than in 2012.

It approved 41 applications to make big investments, 33 more than the year before.

The institute received last year 587 applications for temporary residency for managers and holders of technical or professional qualifications, 47 more than in 2012.

It approved 251 applications for temporary residency, 11 more than the year before.
