澳門大學校友會代表及MSS Recruitment及哈囉好工網代表於2026年1月拜訪教育及青年發展局、勞工事務局及經濟及科技發展局。此行旨在匯報即將舉辦的第十五屆「澳門大專院校畢業生網上招聘會」籌備情況，並聽取澳門特區政府對青年就業政策的意見，尋求政策對接，以更好地支援應屆畢業生就業。

MSS Recruitment及hello-job.com作為澳門大專院校畢業生網上招聘會的主辦方及招聘平台提供商，在過去14年推動該活動發展方面扮演了關鍵角色。自2012年舉辦以來，招聘會已累計吸引超過1,800家企業參與，提供近16,000個職位空缺，錄得超過1,650萬網站瀏覽量，並收到逾31.7萬次職位申請。該活動已成為澳門最具影響力的應屆畢業生網上招聘平台，涵蓋「1+4」政策下的重點產業以及工程、教育、零售等多個行業。

主辦方亦介紹了配合特區政府發展方向的措施。2023年，MSS Recruitment及hello-job.com在澳門大專院校畢業生網上招聘會中倡議並設立了「琴灣區招聘專區」，與內地相關單位合作，為澳門青年提供融入橫琴及大灣區發展的就業機會。

展望於2026年迎來第十五屆的澳門大專院校畢業生網上招聘會，主辦方將繼續秉持「凝聚多元企業力量，協助澳門青年就業」的宗旨。2026年度活動將於3月至8月舉行，延續為應屆畢業生提供專屬招聘平台的傳統。MSS Recruitment及hello-job.com將持續優化24小時網上招聘平台，製作年度《畢業生好工指南》，並推出創意宣傳活動及就業支援項目，以提升畢業生的求職競爭力。

政府部門代表肯定了澳門大學校友會、MSS Recruitment及hello-job.com在推動青年就業方面所作出的長期貢獻，並就政策對接提供了寶貴建議，期望活動能更好地回應勞動力市場趨勢及青年求職者的需求。

此次拜訪取得了積極成果，主辦方與各政府部門均表示將保持緊密溝通。MSS Recruitment及hello-job.com將繼續遵循政府指導，運用其行業網絡及線上平台，為澳門青年構建更廣闊、更高質量的就業路徑，為澳門經濟適度多元發展及更深度融入國家發展大局貢獻力量。

University of Macau Alumni Association, MSS Recruitment and hello-job.com (Organisers of 15th “Macau Joint Campus Online Recruitment Fair”) Visited Three Government Bureaus in Macau

Representatives of University of Macau Alumni Association and representatives of MSS Recruitment and hello-jobs.com visited Education and Youth Development Bureau, Labour Affairs Bureau and the Economic and Technological Development Bureau in January 2026. The visits aimed to report on the upcoming 15th “Macau Joint Campus Online Recruitment Fair” and to solicit feedback and sought alignment from the Macau SAR government on its youth employment policies in support of fresh graduates.

MSS Recruitment and hello job have played a key role in driving the growth of the Macau Joint Campus Online Recruitment Fair over the past 14 years as the organizer and official recruitment platform providers of the job fair. Since its launch in 2012, the job fair has attracted over 1,800 enterprises, offered nearly 16,000 job vacancies, recorded more than 16.5 million website views, and received over 317,000 job applications. It has become the most influential online recruitment platform dedicated to Macau’s fresh graduates, covering key industries under the “1+4” strategy—as well as sectors like engineering, education, and retail.

The organisers also highlighted initiatives aligned with the SAR’s development direction. In 2023, MSS Recruitment and hello-job.com proposed and established the “Hengqin and Greater Bay Area Recruitment Zone” in Macau Joint Campus Online Recruitment Fair, in collaboration with mainland counterparts, to provide Macau youth with employment opportunities integrating into the Hengqin Area and the Greater Bay Area.

Looking ahead to the 15th anniversary of the Macau Joint Campus Online Recruitment Fair in 2026, the organisers reaffirmed their commitment to the mission of “bringing together diverse enterprises to support Macau youth employment”. The 2026 edition will be held from March to August, continuing the tradition of providing a dedicated recruitment platform for fresh graduates. MSS Recruitment and hello job will continue to optimise the 24-hour online recruitment platform, produce the annual Graduate Employment Guide, and launch creative campaigns and career-support initiatives to enhance graduates’ job readiness.

Government representatives acknowledged the long-standing contributions of University of Macau Alumni Association, MSS Recruitment and hello-job.comin promoting youth employment. They also offered constructive suggestions on policy alignment, encouraging the organisers to further strengthen collaboration and better respond to labor market trends and the needs of young job seekers.

The visits concluded with positive outcomes. Both the organisers and government bureau have expressed strong interest in maintaining close communication. MSS Recruitment and hello-job.com will continue to act on government guidance, using their industry networks and digital platforms to build broader, higher-quality career pathways for Macau’s youth—contributing to the city’s moderate economic diversification and deeper integration into national development.
